OCEAN SUITES

Each suite has been created with simplicity and comfort as the focus, and presents a real ‘Home at Sea’. The lead in category Ocean Terrace Suites and the 39 sqm (420 sq ft) Ocean Grand Terrace Suites are some of the largest in the industry, and feature your own private terrace, between 7-11 sqm (75-118 sq ft), creating an extension to the living space complete with daybeds and an alfresco dining area, bringing you closer to the ocean.

OCEAN PENTHOUSES

The Ocean Penthouses of EXPLORA I, offers a sumptuous retreat with ocean-front floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive terraces to unwind and relax. Each of the four penthouse types offers a distinctive private dining area for four and a large seating area that provides an inviting space for you to entertain in your suite, as well as a calm, comfortable place to spend time and relax. 

OCEAN RESIDENCES

The spacious Ocean Residences will offer effortlessly elegant spaces with separate living, dining, and sleeping areas. The Ocean Residences have a panoramic ocean-front terrace with a private outdoor whirlpool, a dining table, and sun loungers. The materials showcase the care, attention, and caliber of the design, such as Calacatta Macchia Vecchia marble used in the bathrooms of Cocoon, Serenity, and Retreat Residences. With four unique types of residences to choose from within the category, their names, Cocoon, Cove, Retreat, and Serenity, reflect the calming effects of the ocean and the Home at Sea feel. The Cocoon and Serenity Residences feature unique wrap-around terraces, while Cocoon, Serenity, and Retreat Residences offer a separate bathtub and walk-in shower.

All Ocean Residences are served by a dedicated team of Residence Hosts providing bespoke butler services 24 hours a day.
